About Caroline It is always difficult to speak about myself as for me, it is when you'll come and meet me in South Africa, for this amazing YOGA&SAFARI that you'll get to go through the depth of my experience when it comes to Yoga and the whole process with it. I have been through so much in my life that I can really be your guide on many levels as the real real start of my healing process has been thanks to Yoga in 2008, not just the physical practice THE whole Philosophy. I have deepen myself into this Science and have slowly healed my heart, as I also went through toxic relationships who left me feeling very inadequate and so much more... Slowly I taught myself how to transform my life from survival mode to living mode...Therefore I feel so honoured today to be able to assist you and accompany you through those amazing magical retreats. I am so so grateful to be your GUIDE, Caroline, the yoga teacher, masseuse, energy healer, dancer, shaman...and so so so much more that you will discover when you will come to our Retreats...It will 100% be a BEFORE/AFTER for you to simply rediscover YOUR WILD< in all aspect possible.
